Who keeps the Red Shores form
This guide explains, from outside the building, how harness racing and simulcast betting work at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino in Charlottetown. It is independent of the venue and is signed by its editorial desk, the Form Desk, rather than by a named person.

About
Behind the byline
The Form Desk is an editorial desk, not a person, and it writes every page here. The guide has no tie to Red Shores, Atlantic Lottery or the Prince Edward Island government. It takes no bets. Nobody holds an account with it.
Its subject is narrow: how a harness race at the Charlottetown Driving Park is run, and what each pari-mutuel bet type means. It also covers how simulcast pools combine and what else operates in the building. No race dates appear here; those sit on the racing pages of redshores.ca.

About
Sources and checking
The desk checked its facts in October 2026. The sources were redshores.ca, the MPHRC, Standardbred Canada, Prince Edward Island documents and the federal Pari-Mutuel Betting Supervision Regulations. Definitions of racing and betting terms are summaries of Standardbred Canada material and those federal rules, not of the track's own rulebook. Each distance is a straight line on OpenStreetMap, from the Red Shores map point to the point for a town.
Where Red Shores publishes nothing, the guide says so. No closing time is posted for table games, poker or roulette, which run "to close". Top of the Park has no posted hours. Holiday hours are not published either; a call to 902-620-4222 confirms them.

About
Pictures without photographs
Every picture on the site is a generated illustration of an empty track and the gear used on it. No person, live horse or brand appears in any of them. None of them is a photograph of Red Shores, and none should be read as a view of the Charlottetown Driving Park.

About
Paid links and commission
The home page is the only place with paid links, and each carries an Ad label. That link leads to a private online casino site that pays the guide a commission and may change. It is not alc.ca, and Red Shores, Atlantic Lottery and the province have no tie to it. Prince Edward Island has granted it no authority, and Break in Play does not cover that site. Nobody pays for links to the venue, regulators or help services.

About
Nothing leaves the tab
The site has no accounts, no forms and no ad trackers, and its tools run inside the open tab without sending data. A choice between light and dark display stays with that one tab and is not stored anywhere else.
